  https://kimberlylembo.wordpress.com/ appears to be a free site devoid of content. If you have another unnamed WordPress.com site then note that a refund is available only within 30 days of purchase (48 hours in the case of domains) and you need to be logged in to the account that purchased the upgrade.
  PS: kimlembomusic.com is hosted by GoDaddy not WordPress.com.
