Leftover Wording from A Deleted Contact Form Showing on My Homepage

  I deleted a Superforms contact form and I am seeing the following message ‘superform id=50’ wherever I deleted the form.
  I need it removed as it is showing up on my homepage and all of my banners.

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account
