Legacy G-Suite

    Hello,

    I am working with my friend, who runs a website, on a redesign. They are interested in moving away from the WordPress-hosted site to a self-hosted environment. They currently have a Legacy G-Suite account that they believe they got through WordPress and don’t want to lose that legacy account. Do you know if they are at risk of losing it if they move away from the WordPress-hosted site to a self-hosted site?

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com or connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    I had a look and they don’t have a Google Workspace (G-Suite) through us, so you’ll need to get in touch with Google to get support for that.

    If you need further help with that site, you’ll need to tell your friend to contact us directly at https://wordpress.com/help/contact as we cannot provide support to third parties.
