Legal claim against Wordpess blogger for defamation !

Our company is a manufacturer of military equipment and our clients are Governmental institutions. As one may easily assume, most of our activity and knowledge is confidential and protected by the legal provisions in the EU.
We are registered on WordPress with a free account.One of the WordPress bloggers posted a defamatory article regarding our business stucture.
We would like know whom should we address within the WordPress administration team to send over a legal notification in this regard.
I am already addressing them at support@wordpress.com and help@wordpress.com, but I do not know what are the chances of this getting to the right people.
Perhaps this topic may be followed and forwarded by / to a person in charge?Thank you for your support.
