Let’s Encrypt certificate is expired

  When accessing https://bullcityvegan.com/ a warning is issued because the Let’s Encrypt certificate expired on Sun, 25 Jul 2021 23:26:30 GMT. Why isn’t the certificate auto-renewing per https://wordpress.com/support/https-ssl/ ?
