  Hello Matt,

  From what I can see your domain is unlocked, and you’ve entered a valid Auth code. The only other thing that can prevent a transfer is if your domain is under a 60-day ICANN lock – new domains, recently-transferred domains, and domains with recent contact information changes have to be locked for 60 days before they can be transferred, and this lock cannot be manually removed like the registrar lock you disabled to prepare for the transfer.

  Please check with your current domain provider and make sure the domain is not under that ICANN lock.

  Another possibility is that you have private registration active on your domain. That should not prevent a transfer, as it’s not an ICANN requirement that a domain’s contact info must be public for a transfer, but some domain providers don’t allow domains to be transferred away from them if privacy hasn’t been disabled first, so please check with your current provider on that as well.
