  I created a site for my wife but never intended for it to be a blog or have ‘blog’ in the domain name. Is there a way to remove ‘blog’ and have it read ‘lewisluxury.wordpress.com’? I am hoping not to have to rebuild the whole site to change this.

  There is already a site called https://lewisluxury.wordpress.com/ that was created September 2016. It doesn’t contain any content. Did you set up that site in the past? If so did you keep a note of log in credentials? If that’s not your site then you’ll need to choose a different address for your existing one.
