Liberate subscriptions from widget to shortcode?

  Hi Jetpack Support!

  First, thanks for all the remarkable features you’ve clearly been pounding away at these last several months. I’m writing only because I find myself working on a mostly widget-less site, and really want to use Jetpack subscriptions to manage readers. Is it possible (or easy, rather, for a PHP-challeneged poser like me) to get that functionality without the use of a widget?

  Hi Adam – Jetpack subscriptions do require widgets, but it’s actually quite easy to add a widgetized area to a site – it generally takes under 10 minutes to add the necessary code, even if you’re not a PHP whiz. :-)
