License key for updated theme

    Hi,

    My theme expired on my wordpress site annepepper.com, so I bought the update – SuperbThemes Premium (Lifetime Premium Updates). However, I can’t figure out where to enter the License Key. In the License Key page, WordPress just shows me text that says “Do you want to remove your license key from this website?” and a “Remove License Key” button but nothing about entering the new license key. How do I enter the new License Key?

    Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
