Lightspeed/Vend connection with WooCommerce

    Hello all I am at an absolute loss with what to do…

    My WooCommerce site isn’t recognising Lightpseed/Vend who I have spoken to and they have confirmed my account is active, connected and working on their end.

    The orders don’t appear in our Sales Ledger in Lightspeed like they used to and email notifications aren’t received at all.

    Please help!
