Lightspeed/Vend connection with WooCommerce

    Hello all I am at an absolute loss with what to do…

    My WooCommerce site isn’t recognising Lightpseed/Vend who I have spoken to and they have confirmed my account is active, connected and working on their end.

    The orders don’t appear in our Sales Ledger in Lightspeed like they used to and email notifications aren’t received at all.

    Please help!

    Hey there, do you want to try reaching out in the WooCommerce forum? These forums are primarily for sites that use our free-tier hosting. We’re a little different from the WordPress software itself. This article explains some of the differences.
