Lightstart maintance mode page

  I’m building my site at petermenice.com and decided to create a Coming Soon/Maintenance page with Lightstart plugin. After following the steps , logging out and going to my site, I couldn’t access it from the internet. When I went back to edit the page, I couldn’t find thhe Lightstart page to edit it. Bluehost people told me there is an error in the settings of lightstart and they couldn’t help. Can you help me activate the lightstart page?
