Like and share buttons under each individual post when infinite scrolling is on

  Hi! I have infinite scrolling on. I want to know how I can have the Like and share buttons available under each post instead of having to click and go to the individual post. Is this possible?

  to be more specific, I’d like the buttons to appear under each post while still on the main page, like it appears here in this blog:

  is it possible with my theme and without upgrading?
