‘limit reached’ ‘wait 60min’ notification?

    I am trying to set up a blog for my daughter’s schooling. When I clicked the ‘free account’ nothing happened, so I clicked it again. The I received the following alert…

    Limit reached. You can try again in 60 minutes. Trying again before that will only increase the time you have to wait before the ban is lifted. If you think this is in error, contact support.

    I do not want to wait an hour. Not sure what I did wrong. Help please.

    This sounds odd – we don’t employ a timeup/timeout mechanism, and looking at your account everything seems to be ok.

    Where exactly did you see this message?

    I thinking it might be a good idea to retrace some steps.
