Limited functionality

Good Morning, I have been asked to take over management of this website. It is running WPBakery – which I am not familiar with – but I do not appear to have access to anything to change appearance, themes etc. When I click on on the WPBakery Page Builder I only have About or Grid Builder options. I would prefer to remove WPBakery and go back to standard WordPress, as I know my round that. Any help thoroughly appreciated.

It sounds like the account you have on the site does not have administrator access. You may want to ask the administrator of the site to update your account role to administrator so that you can make such changes.
Also, please note that your site at fimbagb.com is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted elsewhere. We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites.
