Limiting access of my website users

  I am planning to build an educational platform that sells courses on WordPress using LMS.
  But I need to limit the access of the customers, aka students, by allowing that the student can only access his account from the same device he signed up with only.

  Anybody have any idea how can I do that?

  If you want to use a third party plugin on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan, https://wordpress.com/pricing/.
  Regarding your question about limiting access for students only, this is normally a feature of a LMS.
