line breaks disappear in Japanese language category archives

  In my Japanese blog jp.shizuetomoda.net paragraph breaks appear fine on the home page and single archive pages, but they disappear in the category archives (see http://jp.shizuetomoda.net/category/%E7%95%B0%E6%96%87%E5%8C%96/).

  Bug?

  The category archives are only designed to display an excerpt of the post with all HTML stripped out, including paragraph breaks.
