Link an image from another website to my post

  I want an image from an upload link / another website to appear on my blog and when clicked – redirected to the original website – how can i do that?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Are the images hosted on someone else’s servers ie. are you hotlinking to images? Or are you actually uploading them into your site so they are on wordpress.com servers?

  When you link to an image that you did not upload into your WordPress.COM Media Library then it is not on wordpress.COM servers, and clicking the image will direct to the original site where the image is hosted. https://en.support.wordpress.com/images/
