  Your account hasn’t created any sites on WordPress.com, which suggests the one you are working on may not be hosted here.

  If it was created with self hosted WordPress.org software, the WordPress.org support forums will be the best place to ask for advice.

  I can check where the site is hosted if you are unsure.
