Link Description Showing "WordPress Blog" Not a Preview of My Post

  Hi! I am desperately trying to figure out why the link description read “WordPress Blog” and not a preview of my blog when I share it on social media platforms. The link I am trying to post is below. Any information on how to correct this would be helpful. I need to submit a blog post to another company who wants to share my post but I do not want them to share it until this is corrected.

  The blog url is: http://makesscentsspaline.com/blog/ We had to redirect the original url to the new one when we updated our website to a WP site. Thank you!
