link in a blog to my own blog

  Not a problem…a “how do I” question. Can I make a reference to an older blog in a current blog, and make it clickable so they can open up the old blog to read it? So for instance, in a current new posting I want to make the title of an older blog a clickpoint (don’t know what else to call it) so the reader can be taken to the older post to read.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
