link new wordpress blog from error page for live spaces

  Can you link a wordpress blog to http://{blogid}.wordpress.com to from the error page http://public-api.wordpress.com/wls/redirect.php?alias={blogid} displayed after visiting http://{blogid}.spaces.live.com/ ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Not unless you are the administrator of that error page, ie staff at Live.com.

  @raincoaster So publications at the url http://public-api.wordpress.com/wls and subs are actually managed by Live.com , not by wordpress.com ?
