Link not working

  I have purchased a domain and gone premium. However, for some reason the link mdrobertsdotorg.com no longer works – I get “cannot open webpage – too many redirections (or words to that effect).

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Actually, neither will the link mdrobertsdotorg.wordress.com work any more. what has happened?

  Hi there,

  If you get a message about too many redirects (or a redirect loop), there are a few ways to fix it:

  • Usually, if you wait a few days it will sort itself out. If you’ve already waited a few days, though, you can try one or more of the following options.
  • Try flushing your computer’s DNS cache.
  • Try restarting your modem and router.
  • Try contacting your Internet Service Provider to see if they can flush their DNS cache.

  The DNS cache is where the address for your site is stored. Flushing that cache should allow you to access your site at the new domain name. If those steps don’t work for you, please let me know and I’ll be happy to help further!
