  Hello, I am writing on behalf of Dr. Pankaj Jalote Sir , Director of IIIT-Delhi.
  He use wordpress.com to host his blog at http://jalote.wordpress.com/

  He want either that the current theme should show only summary of all posts on main page so user can quickly view all the blog articles in the blog or if it is possible to show SEE ALL POSTS link after Recent Post Widget, that will be also kind enough.

  This feature is already present in many of the blogs, kindly check and confirm.
