Link received for recovery mode website. Recovery Mode not initialized problem.

    We have received an email with the recovery link as one of the updates was not completed properly. However, the link does not work and we get the message: Recovery Mode not initialized. (opened within 1 day)

    How can I receive a new link? I am not receiving any response and the website is now completely offline.

    Could you please share the link to the website you’re working on? We can only help with WordPress.com sites on this forum. I’d like to check if your site is hosted here or with a different company. You may need to contact your host for help if you’re using a self-hosted WordPress.org site.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.
