  I am a first time blogger. I have started on a blog now, and have tried to send the link to my colleagues. Unfortunately, the link doesn’t work. Perhaps I have forgot something?

  Does that help? The site is public so anyone can view it with a link. It will take Google and search engines about 6 weeks to pick it up on their index.
