  That site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, and we didn’t send that email.

  That site uses the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider, and that email was sent directly from the site.

  Please ask the WordPress.org community instead for advice on this, as they provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using.
