Linking Domain Problems

  I am currently having several issues with my account. I am having an internal error 500 which occurred after updating my theme and I am locked out of my other website: https://www.factorysupply.com/
  The person who created these accounts did not link them correctly and I need to be able to do that and have access.

  This is WordPress.COM support where we provide support for sites hosted on our servers. That site is not hosted on our WordPress.COM servers, our support docs do not apply to it, and we cannot help with it.
