Linking existing Menu items with new pages

I’m probably going about this backwards but I created an entire Menu (with sub-menus) and now want to attach a link to the appropriate page so that clicking on the menu item, displays the page on the main page of the site.

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
