Linking image on homepage

  Hi, can you assist on how I can link a image on the homepage to one of the tabs on the website, for example if I have a picture on the homepage and I want to link it with service tab, when you click on the image it takes you directly to the service section.

  That site is not hosted on our servers on WordPress.com. You’re instead using the open source WordPress software made by the community on WordPress.org.
