Linking old site to the new site

  I am trying to link my old followers as well as my old site information to my new site. I have tried what was stated, but it only allows me to link my new site to my old site followers.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  but it only allows me to link my new site to my old site followers.

  How did you link your new site to your old site followers?

  I want all of my followers and stat information to go over to my new site (JacquittaToney.wordpress.com) and not the old site which was (booksbyjacquittatoney.net). When I go to the old site, there is a button to hit to allow your followers to follow the site, however it is not for the new site only the old.
