  Hi, I was wondering how I would link this wordpress blog to my own website?

  It depends on what kind of website you are referring to. Is it a WordPress.com website? If so, then you may add a link to a blog in a widget area using a links widget, text widget, image widget, blogs I follow widget, and others.
