Linking to Instagram

  I cannot seem to be able to link my account to my (active) Instagram account.
  As if the WordPress Accnt doesn’t recognize it…
  Please help. Tnx.

  Hi there,

  Please remove the current Instagram widget and then follow these steps:

  1. Clear your browser cache
  2. Open Instagram in a new browser tab and log in
  3. Go to My Sites > Customise > Widgets and add the Instagram widget
  4. Click the ‘Publish’ button before clicking on ‘Authorize’
  5. Click ‘Authorize’

  Let me know if that works and If not, are there any error messages displayed?

  Hi. Sorry for the late replay. I tried your suggestion with no change. Notice that in the marketing page I cannot connect my WordPress blog to Instagram. It won’t show. Also my Instagram account doesn’t have the new post icon on my laptop… Only in mobile devices. Not to mention I can’t link my Instagram account to anything else.

  Hi –

  I don’t see any marketing page listed at healingwithshiatsu.wordpress.com. Are you working on a different site?
