Linking URL with an Image Error

  Since WordPress updated from their “Classic” choice, I have been unable to do basic changes without glitches.
  Today’s issues is that even though I have linked an image with a URL, as I have done many times before, it is not working. I have tried on Kproxy and it is not showing the changes either.

  Any help would be appreciated.
