Links broken

Hello, at the URL above (houstonelnortepoa.com), on the ‘service directories’ page, all of the clickable links there no longer work. When I go into media, then to the uploads, they are still in there, but they are empty. Meaning, the documents I uploaded are still showing as there, but there is no data inside. This was all working last week. Please advise!

I checked on my end as well and the documents would not download for me under Chrome, but I was able to download the doc successfully while under Safari. Are you under Chrome as well?
