Links causing formatting problems
-
After writing a text -including a large number of links- in Word of TextEditor then copying it over, the links cause formatting problems that especially show on mobile.
So for example, a 5-word sentence with a hyperlink on the last word becomes a 3-word sentence and the two remaining words start the next sentence, leaving a large gap after the 3 words of the first sentence.
What ways are there to solve this problem?

Hi there,
This is for https://iamsimonturner.wordpress.com/ yes? Can I see this on your homepage? Or is it a specific place I need to look at?
I’d like to visit the page directly on my phone so I can see the issue and take a closer look. Thanks for pointing it out!

Hi Jerry, Thank you very much for coming back to me so quickly. In fact, the problem is on this page: https://www.audacitymagazine.org/the-zine/bidens-new-old-world
Looking forward to hearing what you think we can do! -
Hi again,
The site audacitymagazine.org appears to be a self-hosted WordPress (also called “.org”) site hosted on Squarespace Web Hosting, and not a site hosted on our WordPress.com service.
You can confirm here: https://www.whoishostingthis.com/?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.audacitymagazine.org%2F#search=audacitymagazine.org
To clarify, Squarespace is it’s own platform, and in no way related to WordPress.com. We would not be able to help with this request, but have you tried Squarespace support?
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!

Hi Jerry, before you look any further, it seems I am asking in the wrong place as was sure that the mentioned site was on WordPress but it isn’t. I’ll be back when I have questions relating to my own site, which really is WordPress! Thank you!
