I got an email at (email visible only to moderators and staff) for this domain. I do not want to renew it. How do I cancel it? The domain isn’t showing up as owned under that email address nor this one ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). What is the true email address of record and how do I cancel renewal?

You must logged in to the account owning thet site to be able to cancel it. You can restore access to the account by using the TransactionID at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

I assumed that the email address that the renewal notice came to was the email address used to register the domain, however, that email address did not have a WordPress.com account. When I created one using that email address, that email address didn’t own any web domains. Is there an alternative way to login the account for the domain?
