Literally everything has disappeared

All of my site’s pages, images, etc… have disappeared. Every link in the sidebar menu just takes me to an empty list.
I was editing the site as normal when it stopped loading anything and then only gave me a full-screen error saying “We’re sorry, but an unexpected error has occurred”.
After taking a few minutes to investigate if this problem was worpress-wide (it’s not), I could get back to the admin screen, but now it appears as if every single one of my pages has been deleted. This does not seem to actually be the case (as the site itself still loads as expected) but it is extremely troubling and has occurred while I am making some time-critical changes.
I can’t even access the support chat feature because it’s part of the admin panel. This is the only route available to me to receive support.

UPDATE: Upon refreshing the page I sometimes get the empty lists and sometimes get the “error has occurred” message.
So at least there’s some variety… …

I have exactly this too. I was editing a post and now everything has gone. It looks like the site can still be viewed but the authoring side has fallen over?
