  I used to be able to access a live chat with agents that really helped me build my website, however now there does not appear to be an option for this. Am I missing something? Why would WordPress get rid of live chat options?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I still do not see anything, it is completely blank. All I see is the back button and at the top left and “Contact Us” at the top right, but nothing at all under that. I am also getting some jetpack error that I also do not know how to fix either. If I do not get this resolved soon, I will have to leave WordPress.
