  I have a premium account but can’t find the live chat function for help

  Hi there,

  With the Premium Plan only the user who bought the plan has access to live chat support. Other admins on the site cannot contact live chat.

  It looks like the Premium Plan on your site was bought by the username, ccavallin2014, so you’ll need to be logged in as that user to contact chat support.

  Why don’t you tell me what you are trying to do? Then I can help you here.
