  How can I click on a button on my site if I can’t access the site? Whenever I try, all I get is a white screen with error messages.

  This is the support forum for free sites hosted at WordPress.com such as https://kittyconnection.wordpress.com/ That site loads fine but hasn’t been updated since 2013.
  What is the address of the site you’re having problems with and is it hosted here at WordPress.com?

  That site isn’t hosted here so it isn’t on WordPress.com servers and it will be using the WordPress.org software. You’ll need to register an account at https://wordpress.org/support/
  to ask about the errors on your wp-admin page.
