Live chat is unavailable. Where did Human support disappear?

    My home page design is down, and the live support on WP is not available. The bot can’t help, and email responses will take too much time.

    What has happened with human live support? Previously it was the best thing in WordPress: friendly, helpful human support available any time for premium users. But if they deactivated it now, what’s the sense? How can we fix urgent ‘ahtung’ cases with email or forum support?
