  I cannot recover my account and need live chat to walk me thru the process. I have been in and out of hospitals for three years and currently reside in a nursing home. Please send me a link for LIVE CHAT and not more forms that are not solving my problem.

  We cannot help with account recovery via live chat, and we have no way to start a live chat with you from our end. Live chats can only be initiated by the owner of a paid WordPress.com plan.

  The account recovery form is the only way to regain access to an account, and if you don’t have any of the verification info we require, and don’t have access to the email address you had used for the account any more, we cannot give you access.

  That site belongs to the username, ramblingsfromtheleft. Please try using that to reset your password – I don’t see any recent password reset attempts on that account. If you still have access to the correct email, that will send you a password reset link to that email address which you can then use to regain access to your account.
