Live chat support option disappeared

  Hi, the live chat support option for my blog has disappeared even though I have a premium subscription. Only the send email option appears. Can anyone advise?

  I also have underlines that have appeared on some, but not all blog posts. Again can anyone advise?

  I see now that chat is not available on the weekends. Can anyone advise on the underlines? Thanks

  Sure thing. Live chat support is available to your account through https://wordpress.com/help/contact/ Please let me know if that’s not working.

  We can certainly continue assisting here from the public forums but being asynchronous by nature it does take a bit longer than live chat.
