Somewhere, I think I saw where WordPress, for $190, would assign a rep to help rookies(like me) set up a website. I will be needing two sites…one for Fiction Writing and one for Copywriting. How would that work?

I’ve not come across a $190 fee being quoted for anything here at WordPress.com. Of course there are thousands of places that will set up self-hosted sites using the WordPress.org software for various (often ridiculous) fees.
Perhaps you are thinking of the $129 Guided Transfer charge? That only applies if you have an established site here already that you wish WordPress.com staff to move to self-hosting elsewhere.
Here at WordPress.com the idea is that setting up a site should be relatively easy for anyone to do following the detailed support instructions available. If you upgrade to a paid plan https://wordpress.com/pricing/ (The Personal plan is much cheaper than $190!) then you get access to live chat support if you get stuck. I went to WordPress, set up an account (upgraded to $99/yr) “moved” my domain (Lallenveachwriting.com) started to try to set up the site, became totally lost…I am (I think) using 2 formats now…and don’t know how to get this nailed down for edits. What can I do to get control? Thanks, Allen Veach

With the WordPress.com Business Plan you can book a one-on-one session with one of us Happiness Engineers to help you with the initial setup of your site. This service is not available for Premium, which you currently own, but Premium does give you access to live chat support via https://wordpress.com/help/contact
