  Hi @sandyepstein, can you clarify whether you mean Live Link the service, or whether you mean a link users can click on?

  If you want to create links, here’s how:
  https://wordpress.com/support/links/

  And, if you want to add an email contact form to your page, you can do that too:
  https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/form-block/
