  The live preview isn’t working. When I go to look at a theme and click the live preview it comes up blank. I already cleaned out my cache and cookies and it still doesn’t work.

  I’m sorry you’re having trouble with Live Preview. To rule out a browser issue, could you please try a different browser, such as Firefox or Safari, and let me know if you have any issues there? Thanks.
