Loading a 'Elegant Theme' theme

  In my WP-admin under appearances/themes, I am not given the option to ‘add’/load themes.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  At WordPress.com you can choose to activate one of the 373 free or premium themes here:-

  https://theme.wordpress.com/

  You can’t install any theme you may have purchased elsewhere. They are designed for self-hosted sites using the WordPress.org software.
