"Loading Design Tools" does not open

  I can not customize my blog. I made a change to the Home page of my blog. Now, the landing page gives the error, “Oops! That page can’t be found.”

  Please, help me troubleshoot this issue.

  It looks like you may have accidentally moved your Welcome page to the trash, which would prevdent the Customizer from loading. I restored the page and things should work normally again.
