Loading My Sites Problem

  I have opened the desktop version of WordPress and the menu on the top left shows that My sites are being downloaded, but the process is ongoing and does not complete.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Are you on the Windows or MacOS desktop app? Also, are you on the latest version of the app, and if not, what version are you currently using?

  Make sure that Jetpack Module is enabled because the site cannot be added otherwise:

  I am using version 4.2.0 and have tried the online version and the downloaded desktop app. I am using Windows OS. When I am logged in to WordPress after selecting My Sites it shows that it is ‘Loading My Sites’, but the process does not complete. I have downloaded the Android App and am able to log in and see ‘My Sites’.

  Hi there,

  I’ve looked over your account and I see that all of the Jetpack sites your account is connected to are inaccessible by Jetpack. Because Jetpack isn’t connected to your sites, the WordPress.com dashboard is unable to access them.
