Loading of google map in word press

Hi guys…I really need your help today: i ve been trying to upload the google map carte but it really doesn’t work.
I ve already talked to the google-map colleagues, because i wasn’t sure, if Im using the api key correctly: everything is fine.
I ve created a Projekt, save the api key and Ive also checked, that the api key is able for Java script and geo coding…everything seems fine, but when I put the api key in word press and save that, word press wouldn’t upload the map correctly. It just show a grey box, without anything….
can you help me with that?? I don’t really know what’s the problem…

2 years ago i downloaded from http://www.wordpress.com…so I thought this is the right forum…
If I can’t sign up on WordPress.org, do you know what a could do??

Hi there,
Yes, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com, but it is rather a self-hosted WordPress.org site.
You should be able to create a WordPress.org login. Keep in mind that unlike here at WordPress.com, your WordPress.org login has nothing to do with your WordPress.org or WordPress.com sign in credentials. Therefore, you cannot login with that username/email/password. You will need to create a new separate account for the WordPress.org community forums.
